About The Position

Urban Outfitters is seeking an Assistant Concept Designer for the Women's Apparel team to support the development of trend-driven concepts that inspire seasonal collections. This role combines trend research, AI and CAD visualization, and cross-functional collaboration to translate fashion insights into compelling design direction while staying closely connected to the Urban Outfitters customer. The ideal candidate is creative, adaptable, and proactive, with a passion for fashion, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Research seasonal fashion, print, and graphic trends across social media, runway, street style, influencers, and the competitive market.
Translate trend research into focused, visually compelling seasonal concept and print presentations.
Use AI and CAD tools to visualize concepts and support the design process.
Analyze sales insights, store experience, and customer feedback to understand the Urban Outfitters customer.
Collaborate with Design, Buying, and cross-functional partners to support seasonal business goals.
Execute projects independently, manage priorities effectively, and communicate progress in a timely manner.
Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
