This position is offering $28.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience, with the ability to earn thousands in bonus potential, plus benefits! We are responsible for creating an environment for our residents that exemplifies California living at its best. We are also responsible for the daily operations and financial performance of the community, optimizing net operating income, and carrying out the objectives of ownership. That’s where you come in - to help us accomplish just that! You are the backbone of the community working with the Community Manager and maintenance team.

Requirements

  • Current or previous multifamily property management experience.
  • Polished, engaging, and energetic demeanor.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Commitment to applying your best in a high-energy environment.
  • Previous background as an Assistant Community Manager or former Leasing Manager.
  • Familiarity with financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting.
  • Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws.
  • Computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
