Requirements

Minimum 1 year of multifamily/property management experience
Strong customer service and resident relations skills
Professional written and verbal communication abilities
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Nice To Haves

Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Experience with Entrata property management software
Leasing and marketing experience within multifamily housing
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with interviewing, screening, and onboarding new team members
Support training and scheduling of office personnel
Help maintain occupancy and delinquency goals
Utilize leasing, marketing, and resident retention strategies to maximize performance
Process purchase orders and invoices accurately
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns and service requests
Apply effective leasing and sales techniques to achieve rental goals
Maintain professional communication and documentation standards
Demonstrate professionalism and leadership in all resident and team interactions
