The Assistant Community Manager supports the operation and visibility of an apartment community. The role greets and qualifies prospects, assists with applications and deposits, processes leases and renewals, manages move-ins and move-outs, and handles rent collections and evictions. It also promotes resident satisfaction through timely communication and resolution of service issues, conducts market research, supports outreach marketing, and maintains the property’s social media presence. The position is based on site and requires a flexible schedule that may include weekdays, nights, and weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, as needed to meet business needs. The employee spends time outside and may be exposed to the elements, confined spaces, heights, and potentially hazardous areas. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check as required by local, state, and federal law. A valid driver’s license is preferred; candidates without one will be provided a liability waiver.
