About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Clinton Township, MI who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Assistant Community Managers are responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the apartment community, rent collection, marketing vacant units, and various administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management
  • Experience with HUD and affordable housing
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Marketing and closing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
