Under the direct supervision of the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager serves as the administrative assistant for the property. This role requires a thorough understanding of all company policies and procedures, and the ability to assist the Community Manager in their implementation. The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for accurately computing, classifying, and recording numerical data to maintain complete financial records, while also supporting leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the community. The incumbent is expected to have excellent attendance and communication skills, be able to build lasting business relationships, and exhibit professionalism.
