About The Position

Barvin is seeking an Assistant Community Manager with a focus on leasing for the Los Altos Trinity Green Apartments in Downtown Dallas. This is a full-time position that requires Saturdays. Barvin is a privately held developer, owner, and operator of multifamily real estate with a growing portfolio across Texas and Georgia, committed to building communities that create long-term value. The role involves driving leasing performance, impacting delinquency, and leveraging AI and digital tools for efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager / Assistant Community Manager in multifamily housing
Proven ability and strong interest in leasing and sales performance
Results-driven top performer motivated by goals and results
Quick to adopt new tools and leverage them to work smarter
Takes pride in being among the best on their team
Naturally persuasive, and energized by converting prospects into residents
Creative in how they generate leads—both online and out in the community

Responsibilities

Convert tours → applications → leases
Conduct engaging apartment tours and follow up to close the sale
Conduct move-out inspections and walk vacant units to assess condition, identifying charges and damages
Take ownership of delinquency by proactively communicating with residents, resolving balances, and minimizing outstanding receivables
Support lease renewal strategy by engaging residents, addressing concerns, and helping drive retention
Resolve resident concerns and escalations professionally, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution
Leverage AI and digital tools to maximize efficiency and conversion
