About The Position
KMG Prestige is seeking a goal-oriented Assistant Community Manager for The Landmark on Scioto in Columbus, OH. This role requires a passion for property management and a commitment to creating happy residents through superior customer service and a positive attitude. The Assistant Community Manager will support the overall operations of the apartment community, including rent collection, marketing vacant units, and performing various administrative duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management
- Experience with Tax Credit & Lease Up
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Marketing and closing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
