ACC Management Group is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Community Manager to support the daily operations of affordable housing communities located in Arcadia, Ettrick, and Galesville, Wisconsin. This part-time position (20 hours per week) assists with resident relations, leasing activities, compliance, rent collection, and administrative duties while helping maintain quality housing services. Experience with Rural Development (RD) and/or Section 8 project-based housing programs is preferred. The successful candidate must be able to travel between properties in Arcadia, Ettrick, and Galesville and demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
