Requirements
- Two years of property management experience required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or a High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
Nice To Haves
- Industry certifications such as CAM, ARM, or NALP are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support leasing and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals
- Assist with resident move-ins, renewals, and move-outs
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents
- Help oversee collections and delinquency efforts
- Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and care
- Support the Community Manager with operational and financial responsibilities
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive resident experience
- Help lead and support the onsite team to achieve community goals
