About The Position
INH Properties is a rapidly growing full-service real estate company that excels in property management and real estate development for multifamily apartment communities. INH Properties has been in business for over 40 years and currently manages 8,000+ units across Minnesota and Iowa. INH Properties is looking for a part-time energetic, dependable Assistant Community Manager. This position will play an important role in the success of the properties. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, who is well organized with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and takes pride in their work. This candidate should also possess an engaging personality with current and prospective residents.
Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience
- Proven work experience in multifamily management
- Energetic, dependable self-starter
- Well-Organized
- Strong leasing skills/sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred, but not required
