The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of a large residential property (~100 – 200 units) and will administratively support one a Community Manager. That support may include pursuing rent collections or bad debt, processing lease renewals, completing the notice to vacate process, and other tasks as assigned. The position offers hands-on exposure to property management, requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
