About The Position
We are seeking an Assistant Community Property Manager to oversee multiple apartment communities. Basic Scope and Function of Position: Assist in managing all operations of the property to ensure it is functioning in an efficient manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, make decisions, and meet deadlines.
- Detailed oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on the daily needs of the facility.
- Good people skills, including patience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and building codes.
