About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting the Community Manager in all aspects of management, including leading a multimillion-dollar community asset. The role involves creating an environment for residents that exemplifies California living at its best, managing daily operations, ensuring financial performance, optimizing net operating income, and carrying out ownership objectives. The Assistant Community Manager acts as the backbone of the community, working closely with the Community Manager and maintenance team.

Requirements

Good with people and customer service skills.
Current or previous multifamily property management experience.
Commitment to applying your very best in a high-energy environment.
Previous background as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager.
Familiarity with financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting.
Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws.
Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

College degree.
Yardi Voyager experience.
