About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the daily operations of a multifamily community, including resident relations, leasing, rent collection, and administrative tasks. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Property Manager to achieve occupancy and financial goals while ensuring exceptional resident experience.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of property management or leasing experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, Rent Cafe, or CRM)

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with leasing and renewals
  • Processing payments and delinquency follow-up
  • Coordinating move-ins/move-outs
  • Handling resident inquiries
  • Enforcing lease policies
  • Supporting property marketing efforts
