About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager ("ACM") for our 340-unit residential community in Bloomingdale, IL. The ACM will support the Community Manager in daily operations, foster a positive team environment, assist with marketing, occupancy, and financial objectives, and help ensure residents have an exceptional living experience.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a fast-paced residential rental community.
• Demonstrated initiative, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in daily operations.
• Foster a positive team environment.
• Assist with marketing, occupancy, and financial objectives.
• Ensure residents have an exceptional living experience.
• Assist in lease administration, including abstracting leases and maintaining an up-to-date database.
• Support rent collection and the issuance of 5-day notices.
• Coordinate resident move ins and move outs, including furniture delivery and pick up.
• Comply with industry legal requirements related to all Fair Housing laws.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Community Manager or Vice President of Operations.
