The Assistant Community Manager acts as secretary, receptionist, and leasing clerk for the building. They set the mood for the building by virtue of the fact that the Assistant Community Manager is the first contact person for visitors to the property as well as residents of the property. They must be familiar with every aspect of the site's policies and procedures and will be in charge upon the absence of the Community Manager.
