What You’ll Do: Partner with the Community Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver top-notch resident experiences. Lead with personality — greet residents, handle inquiries, and build genuine connections. Support leasing goals by guiding prospects through the leasing process with energy and confidence. Manage rent collections, renewals, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain compliance with company policies and housing regulations. What We’re Looking For: 1–2+ years of property management or leasing experience (multifamily preferred). A customer-service superstar with strong communication and organizational skills.
