Founded in 1987, CMI has grown to manage over 120 communities across multiple states, with a portfolio including market rate, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and Project-Based Section-8 communities. The Assistant Community Manager will work under the direct supervision of the Community Manager, assisting in the implementation of company policies and procedures on-site. This role involves supporting leasing, marketing, resident relations, and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be professional, have excellent attendance and communication skills, and be able to build strong business relationships.
