We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our community in Ft. Lauderdale, FL location. The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for providing operational leadership and direction. Additionally, the Assistant Community Manager’s main duty is to effectively compute, classify and record numerical data to keep financial records complete while assisting with the leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the community. The candidate will perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to make payments to vendors, process resident rental payments and obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining property accounting records. The Assistant Community Manager assumes all management duties not performed by the property manager and assists the property manager in many areas.
