About The Position

Flournoy Properties Group is the property management division of privately held Flournoy Companies, a well-respected developer and operator of multifamily communities in the United States. We are actively seeking a high-energy, Assistant Community Director for our property, Sea Sound in beautiful Panama City Beach, FL. You will be responsible for selling new business and ensuring resident retention by providing superior customer service to all residents and guests. Requirements

  • One or more years of experience in Community management / leasing
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be able to work in the working conditions listed below.
  • Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Work with limited supervision

Nice To Haves

  • GED or High School diploma preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Community Director in the on-site general operations of the Community to include leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination of the Community's assets.
  • Assisting the Community Director to effectively manage the community in the most cost-effective manner possible in order to achieve maximum net operating income.
