About The Position

Requirements

One or more years of experience in Community management / leasing
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must be able to work in the working conditions listed below.
Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills.
Work with limited supervision

Nice To Haves

GED or High School diploma preferred

Responsibilities

Assisting the Community Director in the on-site general operations of the Community to include leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination of the Community's assets.
Assisting the Community Director to effectively manage the community in the most cost-effective manner possible in order to achieve maximum net operating income.
