Churchill Residential is looking for an Assistant Community Director for Evergreen at Plano, a 250-unit, senior community. This is a tentative 6 to 12 month employment position. The role is responsible for assisting in maintaining the daily operations of a residential property by providing exceptional customer service every day. The Assistant Community Director will be responsible for meeting all the requirements of the Low-Income Housing and Tax Credit Department of Housing and Community Affairs compliance programs. This role involves leasing, greeting prospects, and professionally presenting the features and benefits of the community. Additionally, the position requires preparing and maintaining compliance reports for weekly submission to the corporate office, as well as proofreading and organizing all lease paperwork and ongoing file maintenance and protection of compliance files.
