Assistant Community Construction Manager

This position will ensure that construction is done correctly, providing the autonomy, technology, and support to organize, budget, and monitor the final phases of building a customer's new home. As a member of the on-site construction team, the Assistant Community Construction Manager will supervise subcontractor activities, monitor all costs and implement cost controls, and inspect homes in various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
- Maintain a valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of construction field experience
- General knowledge of finish construction from drywall installation to closing
