MAY Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Community Association Manager (Assistant CAM) to support the daily operations of multiple homeowner and condominium associations within the Bonita Springs and Naples area. This role is ideal for an administrative professional or emerging community association manager looking to grow within the HOA/property management industry. The Assistant CAM will work closely with Community Association Managers, Board Members, residents, and vendors to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with maintenance coordination experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, or hands-on property knowledge are highly encouraged to apply, as maintenance oversight and vendor coordination are important aspects of the role.
