As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights. SUMMARY:Salute is searching for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day upkeep, operations, and enhancements of a 500,000-sf specialty facility which combines the manicured finishes of Class A commercial real estate with the sensitive infrastructure of hyperscale data centers. The Assistant Commercial Property Manager will support the Commercial Property Manager in handling all aspects of building maintenance and operations excluding critical infrastructure systems. This position requires a strong ability to manage vendor teams and internal projects across multiple trades. The ideal candidate for this role is detail oriented, dedicated to continuous improvement, and passionate about healthy workplace dynamics. Requirements

  • One to three years of experience in real estate, property management, or other related administrative / office experience.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively remediate sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints without direction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer, employee, or management concerns efficiently.
  • Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Willingness and desire to continue your professional development.
  • A proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple activities and priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree in business, real estate management, finance, construction management, or a related field of study.
  • Experience in Class A commercial real estate.
  • Familiarity with the data center industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, budgeting, and control of operating and capital expenditures.
  • Respond to customer requests and coordinate resolutions.
  • Assist in the selection of vendor services, including the research of providers and preparing requests for proposals (RFP).
  • Assist with site visits from vendors, investors, and other internal and external associates.
  • Monitor performance of vendor teams to include custodial, security, landscaping, waste removal, drywall, painting, plumbing, lighting, glazing, and snow removal services.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and remediate deficiencies, and to seek opportunities for improvement throughout the facility.
  • Schedule and facilitate maintenance repairs.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and customer events.
  • Receive deliveries and shipments and organize them in appropriate storage areas.
  • Maintain and stock office supplies, break room items, and kitchen supplies.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
