About The Position
We're a a hybrid real estate company that acts as owner/operator of our commercial properties and also provides third party real estate services to those who need it. We specialize in commercial properties - mostly office and retail, but we also over industrial properties as well.
Requirements
- Commercial Property management experience - at least 3 years of it
- Someone with excellent communication skills
- Ability to create and stick to budgets
- Excellent tenant relation skills
- Someone who has worked with property owners and executives
- Both a State of Nevada Real Estate license and Property Management certificate are required
