We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, full-time Commercial Property Assistant to assist our portfolio managers in managing multiple buildings in Los Angeles County. Requirements
- Five years of hands-on building management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite-(Outlook, Excel, Word) and Yardi Voyager.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Punctual and dependable
- Must have an eye for detail
- Highly organized, self-starter, and must be able to meet demanding deadlines
Responsibilities

- Actively engaged in updating and maintaining a variety of spreadsheets, contributing to data accuracy.
