About The Position
The successful candidate will support the Director of Cross Country / Track & Field program, including but not limited to directing a competitive Division One program in accordance with the NCAA, CAA and University rules and procedures, recruitment and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Division One Coaching Experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge of track & field operations
- Strong management skills
Nice To Haves
- USATF Certifications
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate yearly training for all jumping events and multi-event athletes.
- Serve as team liaison for Sports Medicine and Student Services.
- All other duties as assigned.
