About The Position

This is an adjunct faculty pool for teaching part-time in the Athletics, Fitness & Rec Programs department. The pool will remain open until June 2027 unless positions are no longer needed. The Assistant Coach will be involved with all aspects of the Women's Soccer program. This includes recruiting coordination, coaching, and fundraising efforts.

Must be able to work effectively with staff, faculty, and other members at Rogue.
Must complete criminal background and DMV checks satisfactory to Rogue College prior to commencing employment.
Possession of a valid Oregon Driver's License and proof of an acceptable driving record at the time of hire is required for assignments requiring operation of a motor vehicle.
New employees establishing resident status in the State of Oregon must obtain an Oregon driver's license within 30 days (ORS 807.020 (1)).
Final candidate will be required to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
For positions with a degree required, only degrees received from an accredited institution will be accepted; accreditation must be recognized by the Office of Degree Authorization, US Department of Education, as required by ORS 348.609.

Nice To Haves

One to three years coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level.
Collegiate playing experience.

Responsibilities

Assisting at practices, conditioning, and scouting.
Maintaining professional conduct, positive sportsmanship, and acting as a role model for student-athletes.
Complying with NWAC/NCAA rules and regulations.
Driving a state vehicle to and from contests.
Other duties as assigned.
