Assistant Coach, Men & Womens Cross Country/Track & Field FT
About The Position
The Assistant Men’s & Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field Coach supports competitive programs that promote student-athlete development, academic achievement, retention, and athletic success. The position assists with practices, competitions, recruitment, team travel, program administration, fundraising, and community engagement while representing Flagler College professionally. All responsibilities must be performed in accordance with College policies and applicable conference and NCAA Division II rules. Flagler College is a private liberal arts college located in St. Augustine, Florida. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in coaching cross country and/or track and field at the collegiate level is preferred.
- Knowledge of NCAA Division II rules and regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, coaches, and staff.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree
- Experience in recruiting student-athletes.
- Experience in program administration and fundraising.
