About The Position
Responsible for assisting the head coach of the Volleyball program. Coaching, instructing, and performing other duties assigned by the coach and or Athletic Director necessary to the development of the individuals and the team.
Requirements
- Must have completed or completed a mandatory coaches certification class under the Virginia High School League.
- Experience in volleyball and volleyball techniques is essential.
Nice To Haves
- Previous coaching experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assists the head coach with planning and teaching student-athletes the rules, techniques, and equipment to become better volleyball players.
- Assists and directs individual and group practice activities as assigned by the head coach.
- Monitoring student-athletes during practices and competitions.
