About The Position
The Edinburg Center is seeking a creative, dynamic leader for the Assistant Clubhouse Director position for our Charles Webber Potter Place Clubhouse in Waltham, MA. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse and providing support and supervision to Work Area Coordinators and the Supported Education Coordinator. Essential duties and responsibilities will include implementation, development, and administration of the Clubhouse model.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline preferred
- Working knowledge of Persons with serious mental illness and substance use disorders or other barriers to community-based employment, education, and housing preferred
- Experience with Clubhouse model helpful
Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse
- Providing support and supervision to Work Area Coordinators and the Supported Education Coordinator
- Implementation, development, and administration of the Clubhouse model
- Rotating coverage for half shift on holidays and Saturdays
