About The Position
The School of Nursing at Auburn University at Montgomery invites applications from qualified candidates to fill two vacancies for the Assistant Clinical Professor position. This is not a remote position.
Requirements
- Doctoral Degree in Nursing: PhD, DNP in Health Systems Leader, Nurse Executive, or Administration.
Nice To Haves
- Doctorate degree or doctorate degree conferred by date of hire.
- Recent clinical experience with teaching experience at the graduate level.
Responsibilities
- Classroom and clinical instruction in graduate nursing education as well as online instruction.
- Experience in nursing leadership/administration.
- Successful candidates should have a beginning program of research and scholarship; committee service and outreach activities are required.
- Knowledge and insights gained from the exploration of his/her area of specialization.
- Ability to communicate to professional peers.
- Ability to perform successfully the professional duties assigned.
- Ability to engage in scholarship and research.
- Ability to demonstrate academic growth.
