Responsible for the clinical operations, personnel management, and workflow implementation for Crisis & Forensics shifts. This position provides direct administrative and clinical oversight for assigned Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs), Qualified Mental Health Associates (QMHAs), Peer Support Specialists, and Behavioral Health Technicians. Working under the strategic direction of the Program Manager 5, the PM4 ensures strict adherence to statutory compliance, manages shift-level operational decisions, and serves as a primary clinical anchor for after-hours operations. This role participates in a rotating 24/7 on-call manager schedule, providing clinical consultation and deploying in-person to community, hospital, or jail settings when primary after-hours coverage requires immediate escalation. The workload has high variety, requiring dynamic operational leadership and rapid problem-solving in fast-paced crisis environments. Our team works closely across multidisciplinary roles to coordinate comprehensive care and services for individuals in crisis. We collaborate extensively with community partners—including law enforcement, hospital emergency department staff, court systems, and local behavioral health providers—to maintain an integrated system of care.
