The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of care coordination, ensuring the delivery of quality service and staff performance. This role provides support to the team for care management issues, problem resolution, complaint resolution, and other member services related issues. The Director manages and coordinates the activities of the RSH MLTC care coordination team to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational objectives. This includes performing managerial duties such as staff training, performance evaluation, participation in hiring, retention, evaluation, discipline, and termination of staff.
