About The Position

SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare are seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to join their team as an Assistant Clinic Director (ACD) in their Greenwood clinic. This role is crucial for patient care and clinic leadership, focusing on hormone replacement and targeted wellness services. The ACD will provide direct patient care, perform evaluations for hormone-related and wellness conditions, collaborate with the clinic leadership team, support wellness programs, and share in light supervisory responsibilities of support staff. Requirements

• Active board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) required at time of hire
• Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse in Indiana
• Current DEA registration and CSR
• At least 1 year of clinical practice experience
• Availability during clinic hours and 2 Saturdays per month

Nice To Haves

• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols.
• Perform full evaluations of patients to address the root cause of hormone-related and wellness conditions.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director, physician Medical Director, operations, and management team to ensure clinical and operational success.
• Support wellness-oriented programs such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetic services (at select locations).
• Share in light supervisory responsibilities of support staff.
