Team members may work on major project designs, oversee construction, perform engineering reviews, and quality assurance tasks. This role is within the Bridge Management Section of the Bureau of Bridge Maintenance, Inspections, and Operations, focusing on the safety, reliability, and long-term serviceability of NYC's bridge infrastructure. The selected candidate will support the Scoping Unit in identifying rehabilitation and replacement needs, assisting in the development of project scoping documents, cost estimates, capital planning materials, and budget reports. The position offers exposure to bridge asset management, project scoping, capital program development, budget coordination, and collaboration with other bridge units and capital delivery groups.
