About The Position
You are a hands-on technical leader who supports engineering operations. The Role Assist in supervising engineering operations, maintenance staff, and building systems.
Requirements
- Previous engineering or maintenance leadership experience required, to include active license
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Organized, dependable, safety focused and the flexibility to work any shift, including holidays and weekends
- Able to lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team
- Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving
- Comfortable working hands on and managing multiple priorities
- Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
