About The Position

The Assistant Chief Engineer, under direct supervision of the Chief Engineer and oversight by the Director of Operations, Deputy Director of Operations, and Account Director, supervises, leads, and supports the operation, inspection, and maintenance processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. This role requires demonstrating technical expertise in multiple craft areas (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and being multi-skilled in all others to successfully repair, maintain, restore, and replace various building operational components independently and as a teacher supplying team support. You will play a critical role in ensuring optimal facility performance while mentoring team members and upholding JLL's commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Technical expertise in multiple craft areas (electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
Multi-skilled in all other craft areas.
