About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive engineering experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage engineering projects and lead technical teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong technical expertise daily to analyze complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Leadership and communication skills are essential for managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring clear dissemination of technical information.
  • Project management skills enable the candidate to plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Proficiency with engineering software and data analysis tools supports accurate design, simulation, and reporting tasks.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards ensures that all engineering activities meet legal and organizational requirements, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
