About The Position

European Wax Center is the largest franchisor and operator of out-of-home waxing services in the United States. As the Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll support the Center Manager with overseeing daily center operations while motivating the team to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work closely with both the Guest Sales Associates and Wax Specialists to ensure smooth execution of all business objectives.

  • Ability to address and resolve guest concerns promptly using sound judgment, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to reach items stored at various heights
  • Ability to stand and work on the floor for extended periods of time - 80% or more of total shift.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Wax Pass sales and meet/exceed performance goals
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
  • Partner with Center Manager to resolve Guest concerns in a timely manner
  • Assist in daily operations, scheduling, and team support
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness
  • Motivate and coach team members to achieve success through performance, increase sales opportunities, and profitability
  • Build lasting relationships with guests and team members
  • Support center growth through sales and service excellence
  • Take ownership and accountability for creating a positive work environment
  • Celebrate positive Associate performance and partners with Manager to identify performance opportunities for ongoing feedback and development.
  • Support Center Manager to recruit and train quality candidates who reflect the EWC brand and will deliver the desired results.
