About The Position

The Assistant Center Manager (ASM) is a high-visibility leadership role designed for a driven individual who excels at driving sales, coaching a team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role is part of a leadership development track, offering a clear career path within the company. The ASM is responsible for maintaining the center's standards, coaching staff, handling guest inquiries, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), developing talent, and partnering with the Center Manager on marketing and recruitment. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a passion for team development and creating a positive brand culture.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multi-service or specialty store environment.
Previous management or leadership experience in a professional setting is required.
Full-time availability, including a flexible schedule with mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Comfortable with technology, including Excel and Word.
Genuine desire to be an EWC Brand Culture Warrior and drive team development.

Responsibilities

Lead daily team huddles to share goals and motivate the team.
Ensure the center is clean, well-stocked, and inviting.
Provide real-time coaching to Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Handle guest inquiries and ensure a memorable brand experience.
Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to achieve sales goals.
Mentor associates on career paths and communication skills.
Collaborate with the Center Manager on local marketing initiatives.
Participate in interviewing potential new team members ('Culture Warriors').
Drive sales and ensure guests leave feeling confident.
