The Assistant Center Manager reports to the Center Manager and, in their absence, holds ultimate responsibility for all center operations, including production, quality compliance, finance, HR, and IT. This role ensures compliance with Company SOPs and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Assistant Center Manager participates in collecting and analyzing data to maintain center quality, efficiency, and profitability. They collaborate with the center manager to ensure quality compliance by meeting company, regulatory, and customer requirements, thereby safeguarding the purity and efficacy of plasma and the safety of donors and employees. This role works with quality personnel and the QA team to develop corrective action plans for deficiencies identified during audits. The Assistant Center Manager ensures the center and all employees comply with OSHA regulations and training, and completes all OSHA record keeping and reporting. Responsibilities also include employee recruitment, training, counseling, termination, and corrective action programs, ensuring fair treatment of all employees in accordance with HR policies. Additionally, the role supports the center's marketing and advertising efforts. This position requires overnight travel up to 10%.
