About The Position

Care-O-World Early Learning Centers is seeking a motivated, people-centered leader for the Assistant Center Director role at our Ayden, NC location. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity focused on guiding daily operations, supporting classroom success, and partnering with the Center Director to ensure the center runs smoothly and joyfully. The role is designed for individuals ready to grow their leadership skills and make a significant impact on staff, families, and children.

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
NC Early Childhood Administration Credential (or willingness to work toward it)
At least 2 years of experience in a licensed child care setting
Working knowledge of NC licensing, health & safety, and classroom support
A leadership style that is supportive, consistent, and encouraging
