About The Position

At Mathnasium, the #1 math tutoring center (1,000+ locations), empower K-12 students to excel with personalized lessons and test prep. As Assistant Director, partner with our Center Director to build a high-energy team, drive student success, and hit center goals. This role offers paid leadership training and a clear path to becoming a full Center Director. The position involves managing curriculum, parents, and team performance, with a supportive environment and full tools/resources provided. The work schedule is 30-35 hours per week, 5 days a week.

Requirements

• Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry+ a plus)
• Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa flexible within 30–35 hrs)
• Passion for kids/teams; customer-focused leader
• Pass background check

Responsibilities

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents (email/text)
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless ops during Director absences
