About The Position
Mathnasium is looking for a dynamic Assistant Center Director to help lead their Broken Arrow team. This role involves managing operations, inspiring a team of instructors, and building lasting relationships with families in the community. The Assistant Center Director will help ensure every student develops confidence and skills to excel, drive center growth by converting inquiries into enrollments, and transform instructors into mentors.
Requirements
- Ability to talk to anyone, from a struggling 2nd grader to a high school principal.
- Results-oriented with a desire to help and hit targets.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable with Google Suite and learning new management software.
- Math proficiency as determined by a skills evaluation on topics ranging up to Algebra I and Geometry.
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Comprehensive training to master the Mathnasium Method within the first 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Help recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of instructors.
- Manage sales, lead conversion, and local marketing to hit revenue goals.
- Help the Center Director be a point of contact for parents and local schools, providing world-class customer service.
- Oversee the "Mathnasium Method," ensuring student learning plans are accurate and effective.
- Help process billing and scheduling to keep the center customer-ready.
