About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking an Assistant Center Director for their Afternoon School Program at their New Swansea Center. This is a BCBA-led organization dedicated to providing support, professional growth, and a family-centric approach. BCBAs hold key leadership roles, and the organization is fully accredited by BHCOE, upholding BACB guidelines with no rigid quotas. They offer on-the-ground support from regional clinical directors, clinical autonomy for treatment plan design, and clear advancement paths. The role involves leading and supervising RBTs and BTs, performing functional behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, empowering families through training, and coordinating care with other professionals.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
  • Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans.
  • Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.
  • Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes.
