About The Position

Pikes Peak Post Acute is hiring an Assistant Business Office Manager. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. At Pikes Peak Post Acute, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with. The Assistant Business Office Manager will assist the Business Office Manager in the proper billing, collections and management of the Medicaid Pending and accounts receivable functions of the facility.

Requirements

  • Medicaid pending and cash collection experience in a skilled nursing facility required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting principles for skilled nursing facilities.
  • Experience with billing in a skilled nursing facility required.
  • Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Office Manager in the proper billing, collections and management of the Medicaid Pending and accounts receivable functions of the facility.
