About The Position

This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience by addressing patient concerns, educating them on treatment options, verifying insurance, and collecting payments. The Assistant Business Manager will regularly review business results, manage profit and loss, and create strategies to improve business performance. This position involves collaboration with providers and office staff to ensure clear communication of priorities and work assignments. Additionally, the role will lead strategic local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Travel may be required for training and job functions.

Requirements

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of leadership/management experience
Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience
Proven leadership abilities, relationship building skills and team motivation
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred
Dental experience preferred
