Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop new marketing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to client interactions

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship, coursework, or experience in marketing, event planning, brand management, sales, or communications is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing and implementing brand strategies and event marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and target audiences
  • Collaborate with event marketing and management teams to plan and execute engaging brand activations and promotional events
  • Help develop compelling brand messaging, storytelling, and promotional concepts that reflect each client's identity, voice, and values
  • Assist with the creation and coordination of marketing materials and event collateral, including signage, banners, brochures, presentations, and digital assets
  • Communicate with clients to understand their marketing goals, preferences, and feedback
  • Support client relationships and help ensure a positive experience throughout the event marketing process
  • Monitor event branding and promotional activities to ensure consistency and quality
  • Participate in post-event reviews and analyze campaign results, client feedback, and audience engagement
  • Use event insights and feedback to help improve future brand marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
